An immunosensor has been fabricated for direct amperometric determination of carcinoembryonic antigen. It is based on a biocompatible composite film composed of porous chitosan (pChit) and gold nanoparticles (GNPs). Firstly, a pChit film was formed on a glassy carbon electrode by means of electrodeposition. Then, thionine as a redox probe was immobilized on the pChit film modified electrode using glutaraldehyde as a cross-linker. Finally, GNPs were adsorbed on the electrode surface to assemble carcinoembryonic antibody (anti-CEA). The surface morphology of the pChit films was studied by means of a scanning electron microscope. The immunosensor was further characterized by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The electrochemical behaviors and factors influencing the performance of the resulting immunosensors were studied in detail. Results showed that the pChit films can enhance the surface coverage of antibodies and improve the sensitivity of the immunosensor. Under optimal conditions, the immunosensor was highly sensitive to CEA with a detection limit of 0.08 ng·mL?1 at three times the background noise and linear ranges of 0.2~10.0 ng·mL?1 and 10.0~160 ng·mL?1. Moreover, the immunosensor exhibited high selectivity, good reproducibility and stability.  相似文献

Cyclic neutron activation analysis method was conducted for determination of Se in food samples. High accuracy and good precision were proved by analyzing certified reference materials (CRMs) of chicken (GBW10018), rice (GBW10010) and cabbage (GBW10014). The detection limits for the three CRMs reached 0.16, 0.66 and 1.2 ng after 6 cycles at the 161.9 keV γ-peak from 77mSe, under a neutron flux of 9.0 × 1011 n cm−2 s−1 and the conditions of 30 s irradiation, 2 s decay, 30 s counting and 2 s waiting, significantly lower than those of conventional neutron activation analysis without any cycles, which were 0.94, 3.6 and 4.3 ng, respectively.  相似文献

This study examines service systems with transfers of customers in an alternating environment. We model the service system as a two-server two-parallel queue (primary and auxiliary queues), that has various applications especially in manufacturing and healthcare systems. We establish a sufficient stability condition, and based on the censoring technique, we provide sufficient conditions under which the stationary distribution possesses an exactly geometric tail along the direction of the queue length in the primary queue.  相似文献

An modified laminar crystal sodium silicate(Al-SKS-6)was synthesized by spray drying and high temperature crystallization using sodium silicate as silicon source,Al atom as inorganic source and hexadecyltrimethy ammomum bromide(CTMAB)as the structure template.The hydrothermal stability of product was at least 1 h.The synthesized material was characterized by XRD and SEM.The results indicated that shape and intensity of XRD diffraction peak at 20 took changes.but raw material δ phase crystal form kept unchanged.and assured high Ca2+ and Mg2+ binding capacity of the products.The Ca2+ and Mg2+ binding capacity of product is up to 380 mg Ca/g and 410mg Mg/g respectively.It was found that the hole of product became smaller and appeared rod structure based on SEM. The hydrothermal stability was increased due to the pillaring of A1 atom.  相似文献

A novel amperometric immunosensor based on L ‐cysteine/nanosized Prussian blue bilayer films ({NPB/L ‐cys}2) and gold nanoparticles (nano‐Au) was fabricated for determination of human chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG). First, L ‐cys and NPB was self‐assembled by layer‐by‐layer (LBL) technology to form {NPB/L ‐cys}2 bilayer films on the gold electrode. Subsequently, nano‐Au layer was immobilized on the {NPB/L ‐cys}2 bilayer films by electrodepositing gold chloride tetrahydrate and then anti‐HCG was assembly on the nano‐Au layer. Finally hemoglobin (Hb) was employed to block sites against nonspecific binding. With the electrocatalytic ability of Hb and NPB for the reduction of H2O2, the current signal of the antigen‐antibody reaction was amplified and the enhanced sensitivity was achieved. In this study, the assembly process and performance of the immunosensor were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and the morphology was researched by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The immunosensor performed a high sensitivity and a wide linear response to HCG in two ranges from 0.5 to 10 mIU/mL and from 10 to 200 mIU/mL with a relatively low detection limit of 0.2 mIU/mL at 3 times the background noise, as well as good stability and long‐term life.  相似文献

One step electrodeposition with an alternating double-potentiostatic(DPSED) program was used to prepare CuInSe2 thin films in nearly neutral aqueous electrolytes with sodium citrate complex. Linear sweep voltammetry(LSV) was measured to probe voltammetric properties of electrolytes with respect to Cu, In and Se individual precursor and their mixed solutions. Compositional and structural characteristics of the as-deposited and annealed films at 400 °C in Ar atmosphere for 0.5 h were analyzed by XRD and XPS. The results showed that reduction of Cu2+ to Cu+ at one potential point of ?800 mV and subsequently formation of CuIn alloy as well as metal In and amorphous Se at the other potential point of ?1400 mV were responsible for synthesis of CISe chalcopyrite. Composition self-regulation made DPSED films have three elements co-deposition and more uniform element distribution, which promoted chalcopyrite CISe formation.  相似文献

A series of strongly phosphorescent copper(I) halide complexes, namely [Cu(μ-X)POP]2 (X = Cl (1), Br (2), I (3), Br0.5Cl0.5 (4), POP = bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)phenyl]ether), have been synthesized by reacting CuX with the diphosphine ligand in 1:1 molar ratio. All complexes were characterized by spectroscopic analysis (IR, UV–Vis), elemental analysis, and photoluminescence study. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that complex 2 is a dinuclear structure which is constructed by two μ-X bridges and two POP ligands as μ2 bridges. Other complexes were determined as isologues of complex 2 by powder X-ray diffraction and elemental analysis. All complexes exhibit intense blue-green phosphorescence with a lifetime of ~1 μs in the solid state. The halogen-mixed complex presents a lightly change in the luminescence comparing to that of parent complexes. The excited states of all complexes have been assigned as halide-to-ligand charge transfer state mixed metal-to-ligand charge transfer character based on the time-dependent density functional theory calculations. All complexes are thermally stable according to thermogravimetric analysis so that they are suitable for applying in luminescent devices.  相似文献
